Isabelle Bouille is a Director and Principal Product Manager in Payments & Transaction Services for Treasury Services at BNY Mellon. She joined BNY Mellon in June 2020 and co-leads the bank’s ISO 20022 Migration strategic program from a product management capacity. Isabelle is the US representative in the CBPR+ (Cross Border Payments and Reporting Plus) Working Group and PSWG (Payments Standards Working Group) and has a seat in various other industry groups.

Isabelle joined from SWIFT where she led the SWIFT Standards Market Practice Team where she was responsible for the High Value Payments Plus (HVPS+) initiative which plays a key role in the harmonized ISO 20022 implementation by Market Infrastructures worldwide and led the Cross Border Payments and Reporting Plus project (CBPR+) which is a major pillar for a successful ISO 20022 migration in the many to many space. She also conducted several ISO 20022 consultancy missions for major RTGS Systems.

Prior to joining SWIFT, Isabelle was a Corporate Product Manager for France and Belgium at Deutsche Bank.
