Tanveer is the Bank's Lead Policy Analyst on Payments Standards, leading on CHAPS Policy on ISO 20022 enhanced data. Tanveer published CHAPS' approach to mandating enhanced data, following consultation feedback from the sterling high-value payment industry. Tanveer and his team continue to work with CHAPS Direct Participants on the implementation of enhanced data to realise its benefits. Prior to this, Tanveer has worked in banking, consultancy, and credit control, and studied PPE at Oxford.
