She has built digital client receivable solutions from scratch and recently her Omni Collect UK launch has supported HSBC winning Best World Bank in Payments & Transaction by Euromoney 2024. An open banking project led by Phoebe also won best innovative solution in the 2023 Banking Tech Awards. Her expertise in Digital Currencies and emerging technologies helps her to oversee the delivery of the Emerging Payments landscape in the UK and Europe. She also represents HSBC for the Regulated Liability Network UK project and Digital Euro New Technology Wholesale Contact Group. She is also the chair of HSBC China Connect.
