Complimentary passes are non-transferable. Complimentary passes are not available to service providers, including consultants, outsourcing services providers, managing agents, IT providers and solicitors. The complimentary or discounted tickets are not valid for individuals who have already purchased a ticket to the conference. All complimentary passes are awarded at the discretion of the conference organiser, whose decision is final. If you do not hear from us, your application has not been successful. The conference organiser also maintains the right to withdraw the invitation at any time.
