Karl enjoys his current transversal role of Claims Technical & Central Services Director. He rejoined AXA UK in a new Technical Services Director role in 2019 after a 20 year spell in Senior Claims roles at Groupama and Ageas.
Karl has 40 years’ experience in Claims and his range of responsibilities have included all types of business lines and leadership roles in operations, technical, supplier, market and field.
He leads a team of over 200 covering Retail & Commercial with responsibility for Large Loss, Fraud Strategy & Intel, Supply Chain, Engineers, Audit, Risk and Technical Field Investigation Services. Karl has optimised these areas through a holistic and collaborative approach and enjoys building capability.
