By combining over 20 years of hands-on business transformation and change delivery with qualifications in Coaching and Transactional Analysis, James now works with teams to pre-plan and develop leaders so they avoid the common pitfalls typically encountered with innovation and technology implementations.
James has experience as a Programme Director and Lead Product Owner on major Guidewire and EIS transformations at UK insurers Aviva and esure Group. He was the Managing Director of the e-Auction business bluecycle.com and also launched the Insurtech (Brisk) aimed at modernising the way small businesses are protected. James now works alongside software companies, insurers, brokers and systems integrators to help set teams up for success and create cultures of continuous improvement at individual, team and organisational levels.
