He has led major EIS and Guidewire platform migrations for esure and Aviva covering Claims and Commercial Underwriting. In 2018 he launched the start-up 'Brisk' with successful sales into SME Brokers and MGAs. James now coaches and advises senior leadership teams in how to accelerate change and overcome technology and AI adoption challenges.
