Stephen Cartwright is one of the founders of YuBuntu, a health & wellness venture incubated by ARK Venture Studios. Stephen's key focus is to create, design & operationalise the YuBuntu product portfolio aiming to grow the access to wellness and insurance for low/mid income communities in emerging markets.
Stephen has worked in the Insurance market for over 12 years, helping to deliver innovative insurance solutions across Sub Saharan Africa & South East Asia. Bringing broad experience gained across finance, sales and operational functions in both Insurance and Technology sectors, he has a track record of successfully transforming and leading businesses through sustained and rapid growth. Stephen qualified as a chartered accountant in 1995 and holds a Management Degree from Loughborough Business School.
