Katie Sutton is currently the Head of Solutions Engineering for Insurance at Salesforce covering the UK&I. With over 8 years of dedicated experience at Salesforce, she has continually demonstrated her expertise and leadership in the industry as well as within the contact centre space. In this position, she has been at the forefront of designing, building, and implementing cutting-edge solutions for the insurance sector, enhancing the industry’s technological landscape. Before her tenure at Salesforce, Katie also made significant contributions during her time as a Product Manager at DXC, where she managed the full lifecycle of applications and played a crucial role in designing platforms that met business and market needs. Katie Sutton is a dynamic figure in the tech and insurance sectors, consistently driving innovation and fostering collaboration. Outside of work Katie spends the majority of her time with her young family and trying to find new food spots.
