Adrian is Head of Climate Analytics for UK & EMEA within Aon's Risk Capital. He works with clients to quantify the impact of physical climate change on their portfolio, and to identify how to mitigate future risk. He has a PhD in Meteorology and spent 8 years working in academia as a research fellow on natural catastrophes and climate change. Before joining Aon in June 2021 he worked at the UK Met Office leading a scientific consultancy team.
