Eric is a multicultural engineer with over a decade working in insurance with a consultant background, focused in business and solutions development. He also holds leadership and design thinking certifications from different institutes including Harvard B.P. Eric’s expertise lies in building and managing teams to boost business transformation and B2B partnerships’ development across different industries and countries.
His work in Latin America has helped to accelerate embedded insurance, specifically with Gig economy actors and mid-low income segments of the population. His main contribution was in creating distribution channels and offers easy to understand and purchase for first-time insurance buyers. At a global scale in his current role at AXA Group, Eric has developed a team that build tools and strategic relationships to guarantee that all AXA group’s strategic Partners have access to relevant value propositions for their assets, employees and customers.
In addition to his career in Insurance, Eric has worked in other industries such as sportswear, pharma and entertainment. Also, he has been an active actor of the innovation community as mentor for several Fintech Accelerator Networks and Venture Capital funds.
