Laura is an experienced transformation leader who's been driving the esure transformation for the past 3 years. Having initially joined to lead all the non-tech elements of the transformation programme, she now leads all tech change across their Sales and Service value streams. Laura is also leading changes to esure's ways of working across all enabler teams as they seek to further embed and realise value from their marketing leading platform.

Laura's worked in financial services for most of her career, with a number of major UK banks, and also spent 10 years with Accenture as part of their management consultant practice.
