Michael is RSA's, Director of Underwriting Strategy for UK & International. He and his team own underwriting appetite oversight, portfolio advisory, market performance and emerging risk analysis, climate underwriting, and strategic opportunity identification. Michael has several years’ experience in leading both technical portfolio and strategy teams across APAC and European insurance markets, affording him a unique perspective on a variety of markets. Professionally, he’s been recognised with industry scholarships for his thought-leading contribution to the industry, is a 2023 ABI Future Leader and is a passionate believer in developing the next generation of insurance talent.
