Currently, as Head of Innovation Strategy & Scouting at ERGO, Bessem leads the development and execution of innovation initiatives that leverage new ways of working to drive growth and competitive advantage. In addition, Bessem is also a mentor for startups and a docent at a German university where he teaches the topic of business model innovation.
