Mark Klein is the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and Member of the Board of Management of ERGO Group AG. Following his time in leading positions in the telecommunications industry - including Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom and T-Mobile Netherlands - he has been driving the digital transformation at the Düsseldorf-based insurer since 2016. His ambition: By 2025, ERGO aims to be the digital leading insurer in Germany and in international core markets. Together with his team, Mark has made significant progress in this direction. Among other things, with the technologies artificial intelligence, voice, robotics, virtual reality and process mining.
