I am the voice of the EV car customer helping a diverse range of teams understand what is happening in the market and how best to optimise their products to meet the changing needs of drivers.

I also head up our connected insurance products whose aim is to create compelling reasons for customers to share their data so we create innovative new products that make their lives easier.
