With background as a lawyer Emma started off her career as a product developer 15 years ago. With a strong focus on creating customer value she moved on to working with the combination of IT development and organisational development, leading her to her first Officer role as head of IT and Business development combined in 2014. As a Digital transformation officer at Dina Försäkringar she orchestrates the groups strategic digitalisation, with strong focus on the it-development but mainly on the customer and organizational development.
