Charlotte joined the ABI in 2022 from The Pensions Regulator where she was responsible for a range of policy issues including Value for Money. Prior to that, Charlotte was a civil servant at the Department for Work and Pensions for nearly 18 years where she held a number of senior policy and operational roles in private pensions, welfare to work and benefits, and also worked as Private Secretary to the Secretary of State.
