Tracy is the Head of Claims Change, Insight and Risk, at the UK insurer NFU Mutual. In a career that started with Aviva and has spanned 25 years, prior to joining NFU Mutual in 2022, Tracy worked at RSA where she was Head of Motor FNOL and before that Head of Performance Improvement. A core focus for Tracy is how the use of data and technology can deliver new capabilities, with a specific aim as to how we can empower people and optimise outcomes with data driven insights and decision making.
