Grace is a Chartered Insurer and has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry where she has taken on several different underwriting leadership responsibilities across Retail and Commercial business areas.
Starting out at Royal Sun Alliance before joining Zurich Insurance in 2005, since when she has spent the majority of her career across different UW areas and countries.
She went on to become Casualty UW Manager, and then in 2017-2019 Head of Technical for Casualty & Motor lines. Later she became Head of Product & Portfolio Underwriting with responsibility across all lines of business covering technical underwriting, reinsurance, exposure management and product governance. In 2020 she took on her last role in the UK as Head of Retail UW with underwriting and portfolio responsibilities across all segments. In 2022 Grace relocated and joined Zurich Spain as Chief Underwriting Officer.
