Paloma Quiroga Arias is the Head Risk Consulting & Analytics, Swiss Re Reinsurance Solutions since April 2023. Paloma is leading a team that is focused on in-depth exploration of client-specific opportunities and challenges and deploying existing assets and solutions or co-developing what we hope will be, analytics solutions of the future. She’s a member of Reinsurance Solutions MT.

Prior to joining Swiss Re, Paloma was the Global Head of Articulating Valuer at Aon Reinsurance Solutions. She supported the development and prioritisation of tailored value propositions and had a client facing role as Aon's Global Client Leader for a major reinsurer across all solution lines. Paloma also held a variety of roles at Aon Inpoint, spanning a decade, and ranging from being an Analyst to a Managing Director, ultimately leading the Reinsurance Segment (ReView) for the Insurance Strategy Consulting unit.

She has obtained her PhD in Theoretical Physics, from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain, and CERN. Paloma is a Spanish and British national, enjoys running, baking, and spending time with her partner and their two young children.
